Emily Rose Simons is a musical theatre writer known for strong melodies, deep emotions and quirky wit. She has an MFA from the Graduate Music Theatre Writing Program, Tisch, NYU, a BA and MA in Music from the University of Bristol, is an alum of the Book, Music, Lyrics workshops and currently a member of MMD Advance Lab. Composer-Lyricist credits include: Becoming Nigella (The Other Palace & BEAM), The Inconvenient Miracle (EAG Grant recipient, New York New Works & The Tank NYC), The Funeral Lady (Styles & Drewe Song Competition Finalist & selected for Pitch Point) and The F.ck Am I Doing (Brighton Fringe & New York Musical Festival)
